JEFFREY A. SEXTON
Founder and Managing Partner
Jeffrey A. Sexton is Founder and Managing Member of Arsenal Investment Advisors. Prior to founding Arsenal, Sexton was head of the Quantitative Strategies Group at Roxbury Capital Management, an institutional money manager based in Santa Monica, California. Roxbury managed approximately $3 billion in assets at the time for high net worth families, institutions and Fortune 500 corporations.
Sexton earned his M.B.A. at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He holds an M.A. in Economic Statecraft from the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce at the University of Kentucky; a J.D. from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville; and, a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
Sexton was a portfolio manager at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley from 1997-2003 and practiced securities and corporate law from 1992-1997. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst, and member of the Louisville, the Kentucky and the American Bar Associations. He is married and lives in Louisville with his wife and four children.

Robert Nast is a consultant with Arsenal Investment Advisors. For more than 35 years, Nast has worked for major financial firms, such as Amerilife First Financial, Ohio National Financial Services and CitiGroup Investment Services. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Florida State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee. Nast is registered and licensed with the National Association of Securities Dealers in Kentucky and Indiana.

A Louisville native, Hunter Sattich is a graduate of St. Xavier High School. He holds a B.S., Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Louisville. Sattich has seventeen years of industry experience having worked for Fidelity Investments, First Union, Integrity Life, Phoenix Life, and State Farm. He is registered and licensed with the National Association of Securities Dealers in Kentucky and Indiana. Sattich is married and lives in Louisville with his wife and two children where he is actively involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
